Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By subscribing to RepuShift (a trading name of Buje Capital, Kongsbjergvej 26, 2830 Virum, Denmark), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our Google review response service.

2. The service

RepuShift provides a managed Google review response service. We will:

• Monitor your Google Business Profile for new reviews.
• Write and post professional, personalised responses to all reviews within 24 hours.
• Clear your existing unanswered review backlog in the first week of service.
• Provide a monthly Reputation Report (PDF) summarising review activity.

We require Manager access to your Google Business Profile to post replies. Manager access is limited to review management only and does not grant access to your Gmail, Google Ads, or other Google services.

3. Subscription and payment

The service is billed at £200 per month, per Google Business Profile. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

Multi-location discounts (10% for 3+ profiles) are available on request.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@repushift.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. 24-hour SLA guarantee

We guarantee a response to every new review within 24 hours. If we miss this window in any given calendar month, that month's fee is waived in full. This guarantee applies to reviews posted during active service periods only.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business, tone of voice, and any specific response guidelines.
• Maintain Manager access for RepuShift on your Google Business Profile for the duration of the subscription.
• Notify us of any changes to your business that may affect how reviews should be handled.

7. Intellectual property

Review responses written by RepuShift are provided for your use on your Google Business Profile. You retain ownership of your business profile and its content. RepuShift retains no rights to your profile or reviews.

8. Limitation of liability

RepuShift is not liable for changes to Google's platform, policies, or API that affect our ability to post replies. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the monthly subscription fee paid for that month.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
