Who we are
RepuShift is a trading name of Buje Capital, registered in Denmark (Kongsbjergvej 26, 2830 Virum). We provide a Google review response service for estate agents, car dealerships, and dental practices. Our contact email is hello@repushift.com.
What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our service:
- Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and business name, provided when you submit an enquiry or sign up.
- Google Business Profile data — review text and reviewer names, accessed via Manager access to your Google Business Profile. We do not access your Gmail, Google Ads, or any other Google service.
- Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the review response service.
- To communicate with you about your account and service updates.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — processing necessary to deliver the service you have subscribed to.
- Legitimate interests — security monitoring and service improvement.
- Consent — where you have explicitly agreed (e.g., marketing communications, if applicable).
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a period of 12 months after cancellation to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Review response logs are retained for 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies unless you explicitly consent via our cookie banner. If you accept analytics cookies, we use anonymised, aggregated data only.

Changes to this policy
