Two quick steps and you're live.

Welcome to RepuShift. Setup takes about 3 minutes. Once you've completed these two steps, we'll start monitoring your reviews and your first replies will go live within 24 hours.

Add us as Manager on your Google Business Profile

We need Manager access to post replies on your behalf. Manager access is limited — we can only see and respond to your reviews. We cannot access your Gmail, Google Ads, or any other Google services.

    Search for your business on Google and click the ⋮ (three dots) menu on your Business Profile panel.

    Click "Business Profile settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. 03

    Select "People and access" from the settings panel.

    Click the "Add" button (person icon with +) at the top right of the panel.

    Enter our email address: , set the role to Manager, and click Invite.

Multiple locations? Repeat this process for each Google Business Profile. Each profile is managed separately. If you have more than 3 locations, reply to your welcome email and we'll coordinate a bulk setup.

Once we receive your Manager invitation, we'll accept it and begin monitoring your profile. Here's what happens next:
